Rental Agreement: By renting a vehicle from Rental Sphere, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. The rental agreement is between the renter (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the renter”) and Rental Sphere.
Driver Eligibility:
The primary renter and any additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental. The license must be held for a minimum period specified by local law.
Minimum age requirements and any additional driver fees will apply.
Reservation and Rental Charges:
Rental charges are based on the period of rental, vehicle type, and any additional services requested.
A reservation deposit or pre-authorization on a credit/debit card may be required at the time of booking.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due at the commencement of the rental period.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash (where permitted), and approved billing accounts.
Cancellation and Modification:
Cancellation policies vary based on the reservation type and rental location.
Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Insurance and Coverage:
Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental rate. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.
The renter is liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle up to the deductible amount specified in the rental agreement.
Use of Vehicle:
The vehicle shall not be used:
For any unlawful purpose.
By any person not authorized in the rental agreement.
To transport passengers or property for hire.
Off-road or on unpaved surfaces unless specifically designed for such use.
Smoking and pets are generally prohibited in rental vehicles.
Return of Vehicle:
The vehicle must be returned on or before the specified return date and time.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Fuel Policy:
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank.
Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Maintenance and Repairs:
The renter agrees to maintain the vehicle in good condition and promptly report any mechanical issues.
Repairs needed due to negligence or misuse may be charged to the renter.
Penalties and Fees:
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental period.
Additional fees may apply for late payments, lost keys, or cleaning services.
Limitation of Liability:
Rental Sphere is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from this rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of 50 Deanery Road and resolved in the courts of 50 Deanery Road.
Miscellaneous:
The terms and conditions outlined herein constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Rental Sphere reserves the right to refuse rental to any person deemed unfit or unsafe to operate the vehicle.
